At Suchitra Export, all products are handcrafted and often customized for export and bulk orders. Due to the nature of our products and business, refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been confirmed or dispatched. However, in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos for verification. Upon review and approval, a replacement or suitable resolution will be provided at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by logistics partners, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
